I was outraged by the cleanliness during my stay! The trash was not collected at all, and my room was left uncleaned for the entire duration. How hard is it to provide basic cleaning services? the breakfast buffet was lackluster and overpriced for what was offered, not to mention that the directions for the parking area were confusing, leading to a distressing experience as I drove into a tight space and scraped my car. It's beyond frustrating!

The location is top notch, very central with convenient access to everything you need. The bed was super comfy, although the duvet felt a bit too warm for my liking. The room darkening curtains were excellent, providing the darkness necessary for a restful night's sleep in the Arctic.
